Workshop & Events Consent / Terms & Conditions

By registering for or participating in any workshop or event organized by The Motherhood Space (“the Host”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Acknowledgment
Workshops and events may be conducted by The Motherhood Space founders or in collaboration with partner facilitators. These terms apply to both in-person and virtual sessions. Relevant information and updates may be sent to you via email or text message.
2. Payment & Confirmation
For paid workshops, payment must be made within 24 hours of registration to confirm your slot. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically cancelled and your slot released.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds are allowed once payment is made.
You may transfer your slot to another participant (to be arranged by you), or apply the paid amount towards upcoming classes, services, or products.
If the Host cancels the class, a full refund will be issued.
The Host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. Notifications will be sent via email.
Please note that no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for speaker changes, substitutions, or schedule adjustments. The core content of the class will still be delivered by the lead facilitator.
4. Photography & Media Consent
You consent to photographs and videos taken during the event or session being used by The Motherhood Space on its official platforms (e.g. website, social media). If you prefer your face not to appear, please email hello@themotherhoodspace.co to request that your image be blurred or excluded.
5. Webinar & Virtual Session Recordings
By registering for a virtual session, you consent to audio and video recording of the event.
Recordings may be used for training, educational, or promotional purposes by the Host.
If you do not consent to being recorded, please refrain from signing up for the virtual session.
You also agree not to share any confidential or sensitive information during the workshop.
6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By participating in any workshop or event (in-person or virtual), you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to:
Minor injuries, property loss, or accidents within the premises.
Technical issues or disruptions during virtual sessions.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Motherhood Space, its founders, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from your participation. The Host is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.
7. Contact Sharing with Partners
For collaborative workshops or sponsored events, your name, email, and phone number may be shared with selected partners to facilitate product delivery, service offerings, or exclusive event invitations. You may opt out anytime by emailing hello@themotherhoodspace.co.
8. Updates to Terms
The Motherhood Space reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official platforms.
