Our Space.

Our thoughtfully designed, family-friendly space is perfect for any type of gathering, offering both comfort and functionality. With a variety of amenities and flexible layouts, we can cater intimate meet-ups to workshops and celebrations.

  • A welcoming environment for families with kids, with high quality play mats at the play area and baby-friendly amenities such as a breastfeeding room, water dispenser and bottle warmer.

  • Ideal for presentations, workshops, or screenings. Includes high-quality projector, speaker, woofer and microphones for clear sound.

    An add-on fee is required.

  • Capture beautiful moments with our dedicated photography corner with natural lighting or book the space as a photography studio.

    • Adult seating: 40 foldable chairs

    • Adult tables: 6 long tables (1.8 m each)

    • Children’s seating: 12 chairs

    • Children’s tables: 3 tables

    You’re welcome to arrange the furniture in any layout that suits your event.

    Please note that set-up and layout services are not provided; you’ll need to handle this yourself.

    At the end of your booking, kindly return all items to their original positions.

  • Equipped with a fridge for catering and refreshments, food preparation space, bottle warmer, microwave, and hot water dispenser.

  • Available for rental: high chairs, infant rocker, cot, and playpen, along with other essential items (please enquire if not listed).

    Rental fee: $10 per item for the entire event.

Cleanliness Guaranteed: At TMS, we prioritise your safety and comfort. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every rental, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment for you and your little one.

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required per booking.

Note: Space booking includes only the venue and essential items such as foldable chairs and tables. We do not provide set-up or layout services.

 FAQs

  • It is at Premier @ Kaki Bukit, 10 Kaki Bukit Avenue 4, Singapore 415874.

    • From Kaki Bukit MRT: ~ 10 minutes walk

  • All studio rental bookings must be made through our official website: themotherhoodspace.co

  • All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • You will receive a notification email confirming your space reservation along with a Terms & Conditions to sign and payment instructions.

  • A full payment along with the security deposit must be made within 24 hours to secure your reservation.

    Payment can be made via PayNow (which we will provide you with the payment instructions once you made the booking).

  • No, setup and teardown time is not included. There is no complimentary time allocated for these activities.

    Please ensure that any time needed for setup and teardown is included within your booked duration. We recommend factoring in enough time to avoid any overages.

  • Parking spaces are limited in the premises of Block 10.

    There is an alternative parking space at the street side parallel parking, or at the building just beside, which is about 3 to 5 minute walk away.
